This offering is designed to help participants move deeper into their bodies in search of SOMA—joy, contentment, and happiness (Ananda). Unlike somatic movement practices, this is a meditation-focused experience centered on cultivating the attitude of bliss while maintaining grounding in authentic emotional processing.
Important Note: This practice is not intended as spiritual bypassing but rather as a means to cultivate Santosha-contentment with what is, while connecting with our inherent capacity for joy and gratitude.
Methodology: Four Integrated Modalities
Binaural Beats - Weighted tuning forks (Fibonacci or Schumann Pair) to restore the body's natural harmonic order and align electrical resonance
Mantra - Sacred sound repetition, both vocalized and internal, during meditation
Guided Meditation/Visualization - Systematic preparation of body and mind for deep relaxation
Sound Immersion - Comprehensive sound bath experience facilitating transition from beta (active) to theta (hypnagogic) brainwave states
Participants may experience:

NOTE: Props will be provided by the studio. If you prefer your own eye mask or anything that supports comfort please bring them. Dressing in layers, i.e., socks, hoodies, beanies, are all cozy additions.
