GENERAL FAQs…

“What is your availability for teaching Public/Community classes?”

I currently teach an afternoon class, Flow into SOUND at Yoga Soup on Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30pm and Yin + SOUND at Sol Seek on Thursday evenings from 6:45-7:45pm.

I’m also offering a Community Baby & Me Yoga class on Mondays in the park (La Mesa Park on Shoreline Dr.) from 10:30-11:30am, plus an assortment of Special SIGNATURE Sound Meditation Events around town.

And, AcuYin into Sound has been REBRANDED! It’s now RESONANT BALANCE: A Healing Trinity held at Yoga Soup (Nov. 9th & Dec. 7th)!

“What is your in-person safety protocol?”

Due to the easy AND ongoing transmission of upper respiratory viruses/flu, I’m requesting that ALL students use their discretion when it comes to wearing a mask, etc. This is a personal preference, especially if you are someone who is considered high-risk for flu/COVID-related complications.

As a precaution, if anyone is experiencing flu-like symptoms of any sort, they will be asked to skip or cancel the scheduled session. There will be minimal to zero hands-on adjustments. I also have students sign a Liability Waiver before we meet (located here).

“Where do your in-person sessions take place?”

For anyone coordinating their own, private group sessions, it will depend upon the group size and site availability. For example, if we decide to meet at a park or a yoga studio, I would need to reserve space for that day & time (additional rental fees may apply).

“Do you have props to loan to students?”

I ask that students bring their own mats & any props. Blocks (x2) are highly recommended for support in many shapes. Other recommended props include: blankets, straps, & bolsters. I do have a collection of mats, blankets, & tapestries for rent ($5 each) if necessary, plus a handful of “loaner” yoga blocks & straps.

“Do you accept credit cards?”

I accept credit cards through Stripe, and you can always choose PayPal or Venmo (separate from my payment platform) as well. I will also accept cash & checks if necessary.

For certain situations, i.e., the Conscious Competitor or Teen Mindfulness Series, I am willing to offer payment plans or scholarships, based on individual needs.

“Do you offer refunds?”

I am happy to refund students on a case-by-case basis (ask me for details). I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place as well.

NOTE: Special Events may not be eligible for refunds.
